Unfortunately my latest experience with Kuba Technologies left much to be desired. The banner I ordered was the wrong colour. It had to be recoloured after the event which I needed it for. The recolouring also took time and still was not the right colour when I collected it. The attitude towards the business owner when asking about the order also was also not courteous. I know this is not the normal way Kuba Technologies does business but I’d like to urge it to ensure that it’s products meets customer’s specifications all the time not just some of the time.
